These tough and versatile shockmount cases are designed to simplify transporting your standard 19" E.I.A. rackable equipment. The Thermodyne Rack-Pack case allows your rack-mountable gear to be operated, stored, and shipped without leaving the protective case. Rack Pack Cases are perfect for electronic equipment, military applications, scientific instruments, video devices, or any computer equipment.
Durable Shockmount Case Construction
Every Rack-Pack Shockmount Case is constructed out of a tough polyethylene plastic shell with recessed ribbing, which acts as a shock absorber, handling shocks on impact. Any remaining vibration is instantly eliminated by the elastometric shock mounts in the interior of the case. These shock mounts isolate the inner rack frame, absorbing impact and providing proper ventilation. These durable, yet lightweight rackmount cases, have been tested to the highest standards and meet numerous military specifications. These cases come standard with a one year warranty against manufacture defects.
Standard Shockmount Case Features
19" rack width, 20" shockmounted rack frame depths (21" to 30" rack depths available upon request), heavy-duty recessed hardware, interlocking ribs for stacking, watertight gaskets, corrosion and fungus resistant and ATA Certified.
Military Specs - Meets or Exceeds
Rack Packs have been tested and certified by the U.S. Military. These cases meet or exceed environmental testing conditions for durability and protection capabilities. Some examples of these tests are; high & low temperature, drop tests, loose cargo, vibration, humidity, wind & rain, thermal soak and numerous other tests.
